The African Children's Fund
The African Children's Fund is an initiative of Stirring of the Water Ministries.
It is a fund set up to help abandoned children in Africa.
During the early years of the African Children's Fund the focus was on the building of the Kiamunyi Baby Rescue centre in Nakuru, Kenya – this has now been finalised (see below). The vision for this project was to rescue abandoned babies who are left to die, find them new permanent families, thereby reaching the local community with discipleship and practical support.

This beautiful building, built by Stirring of the Water Ministries, is now the permanent home of 'His Cherished Ones', a baby rescue ministry with several years of experience in Nakuru, Kenya doing the work that's so close to our heart. The centre has now been re-named Haven of Hope Baby Center. His Cherished Ones were on the brink of having to turn babies away due to lack of space, we felt it right to donate our newly built home to this ministry to enable them to continue to grow in their marvellous work with abandoned babies, as well as their work in the local community. Below you'll find a gallery of photos that give a small impression of their work. For more information on His Cherished Ones please visit their website:www.hischerishedones.org If you would like to support their work, you can give a donation via their website. |

Stirring of the Water Ministries supports Oasis Church in Uganda
Stirring of the Water Ministries has supported Oasis church in Uganda, by providing funds towards their building work. Enabling them to have a roof, windows and doors.
The building is now much closer to being water-tight, so that it can be used as a place of worship all year round.
